Exclusive access to Saxony Hall venue in Fishers, IN, for 5.5 hours on the day of the event.
25% of the rental fee must be put down to reserve the date along with a signed contract.
The remaining balance is due 30 days before the event.
Damage Deposit is refundable if no damage is found after the event.
Setup of provided tables and mahogany chivari chairs. Comfortable seating for 140 guests. Main Hall adorned with vaulted ceilings, farmhouse style exposed beams, stone fireplace, bay window, hardwood floors. Lakeside terrace with ambient outdoor fire pits. Built in bar. On site venue coordinator

Tables, any additional chairs, decor may be rented through a rental company.
While Saxony Lake and Beach Center does not have dedicated parking, a nearby lot is available as well as on-street parking. Parking for the venue is available on a first come, first serve basis. Saxony Hall is handicap accessible with wheelchair ramp access to the entry and lakeside terrace.
